August 18, 2020 is the centennial anniversary of ratification of the 19th amendment. The nineteenth amendment granted women the right to vote; however, CLUW understands not every woman was able to have a voice at the ballot box. We wanted to bring awareness by having a Women’s Suffrage Centennial Awareness Month, a month of action, to make sure the voices of all women and their communities are visible in 2020.
CLUW has joined the Gender Voting Equity Collaborative, a non-partisan coalition of organizations, bringing women to work together on gender equity with voter outreach and registration. The collaborative has also provided CLUW with a registration link for our members to use for their voter outreach and registration efforts.
Click here to view and use the CLUW voter registration portal for your voter outreach and registration efforts. CLUW will also have monthly reports and data with regards to our registration portal.
Let’s work together to ensure all women are ready to vote.
